Yes. 20 Years ago, Staples, Office Depot, OfficeMax etc. had free CD, small furniture, scanner, HDD, computer accessories...A lot of useful stuff were FREE after Rebate. You can complain but you won't get a response. I have complained by email and physical mail about bad service from Walgreens in San Jose, CA. Not a single reply. Not even an acknowledgement.
