Do you own one? I do and mine has been going without issue for many years now. Used and cleaned daily. Have another one new but don’t even need to use it. You sound like you just try and say negative things about anything you can without even offering a solution. Why are you here? //@anonymous: The cap opening knob breaks easily. They are ALWAYS on sale, they just increase the ridiculously high price, and say they have a sale. You can Google the model, they are selling in other places for the same price.

Can any good Chinese chef share your thoughts on the quality of Zwilling woks? And what other brands do you recommend? Xie xie!

I'm not a chef but I'm a Chinese. I purchased the stainless steel wok a week ago, on sale, about $80. I use it mainly for stir frying vegetables and make meat stew. I also use it to cook pasta, noodle, etc. I haven't tried frying stuff yet. Size is perfect, not so heavy, easy to clean. Love it. //@Anonymous: Can any good Chinese chef share your thoughts on the quality of Zwilling woks? And what other brands do you recommend? Xie xie!

Anybody have experience with this seller? Is it reliable? sounds a little sketchy and "no returns" is not very reassuring.

It’s official authorized seller by All Clad. It is just a special channel of All Clad to dump excess inventory. They marked it as 2nd quality because they don’t want to give perception that they are selling regular products on discount price. I have purchased 3 times from the website and besides no retail box, there is no noticeable defects. //@anonymous: Anybody have experience with this seller? You are supposed to rinse these with water and vinegar before using. Why would you expect it to be clean from the factory? You dont use dishes immediately after unboxing so don't use appliances after unboxing either. //@anonymous: toxic smell for a long time from the plastic
