I bought this, and what should I do now? How do I apply this warranty to my camera? Should I buy one only from amazon? Will the cameras under the price range be covered by this? Sorry for annoying questions..

I bought a warranty for my cellphone bought on ebay (refurbished, not from individual). When the phone broken after 3 months (just expired), they would rather refunded me the fee after many back and forth communications.
