A couple of minutes ago I received a message that my credit card got the refund, but the return shipping cost was not included. I believe if you are facing the same issue with the seller, just contact Amazon directly. According to customer service, you don’t even need to ship the glue stick back to get the refund. In my humble opinion, Amazon did a great job handling this.

I reported the issue to Amazon customer service, and a representative contacted the seller on my behalf. The seller then initiated a return process and also told me that they had already shipped a replacement, which I should receive in 3–5 days. However, I waited for more than a week and the replacement never arrived. As a result, I shipped the glue stick back at my own expense and provided the tracking number to the seller.
