I have used US Mobile chat many times to verify plans and questions and have always had a great experience. I have been with them for 7 months with 0 issues. Same service at 60% off. //@Anonymous: Pretty bad customer service. The phone line waiting time was very long > 30 minutes and the chat line was even worse. One day I spent more than 7 hours in the chat line and they still did not figure out why an iPhone 16 Pro suddenly lost its Internet, calls, and texts after 1 week abroad (the first few days are fine). Only eSim worked

Different states are different. I've used H&R block in NC for a long time, I just print and mail my state return, it's usually tiny anyway.
