No Mac supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2. So your speed will still be Gen 2x1 at 1GB/s.

Yup the Sandisk Pro has Thunderbolt 4 which would give you 40Gbps (USB 3.2 2x2 is 20Gbps) but is $415. No real benefit because the 10Gbps I am getting from Crucial - X9 Pro 4TB, which I bought last night for $250, can edit 4k multicam videos stored on it with no issue (4-5 streams max). //@Anonymous: No Mac supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2. Along the years, Dealsea saved me much time finding good deals and saving money. It is also good for the sellers to reach out to the buyers. Dealsea also makes the deal info. simple and concise, good for average consumers. Don't bother to ask, Dealsea does not pay me to say so. I come here to maybe save money, but earn money by doing actual work.
