Yes, you have to calculate in the additional cost of warranty upgrade when you buy Lenovo. It’s a shame. I am following an X1 carbon laptop. Prices were cheaper yesterday! Today, the same laptop is 70 dollar more expensive after applying the coupons. So, it id NOT A GOOD DEAL.
