if my brother wears size 41 EU, what it the US size? According to the chart it's 8-8.5 but i'm not sure if the size listed are men or women size.

Don’t order these. They are hot garbage. The sizes run small and the tongue and shoe are all one piece with no give. You will struggle to get your foot in the shoe.
