Frankly not even sure what here requires power. My map office has a fully manual one of these, and it's really convenient for taking the edge off a map or the end off a roll, but it's not like it's possible to be accurate with it, and unless you are a robot or have a bionic arm, you are NOT gonna get a straight edge.
