There are no built-in batteries, if order for that to work, you have to connect your own battery, it's rather a pass-through so that you don't need to find the battery pack. In addition, one of the luggages is a 20" usually a carry-on. //@Anonymous: Picture shows an USB plug. Probably has built-in battery and/or charger. TSA is going to ban those on cargo and luggage. The battery will also add extra weight to the very limited weight limit.
