Pretty bad customer service. The phone line waiting time was very long > 30 minutes and the chat line was even worse. One day I spent more than 7 hours in the chat line and they still did not figure out why an iPhone 16 Pro suddenly lost its Internet, calls, and texts after 1 week abroad (the first few days are fine). Only eSim worked
