5 lb King Arthur 100% Organic Bread Flour, Unbleached

This is organic bread flour not just all purpose flour. I like this brand. However, walmart carries exactly the same thing (organic too) so I would just get it our local walmart.

Most amazon warehouses are not properly air conditioned. I wouldn’t buy many food items that can go bad or stale from amazon.
