Does this also work as a toaster, or only an air fryer?

works as a toaster too. Been using for 2 years. We use it multiple times a day. Would buy it again if ours break. //@Anonymous: Does this also work as a toaster, or only an air fryer?

Buyer beware - I have a V8 Absolute and the battery went kaput within 1 year. Dyson charges $150 for replacement battery. There are chinese replacement batteries costing $25 to $50 but considered not reliable and long life is uncertain.

You are right, but this is NOT 7500, this is 750 Pro, with much higher prices. //@anonymous: The 7500 was only $300 direct from Vitamix a few months ago.

Isn't this one on recall at Bestbuy for possibility of electric shock?

Link please? It would be surprising that they would continue to sell something that they are simultaneously recalling //@anonymous: Isn't this one on recall at Bestbuy for possibility of electric shock?

Bestbuy recall is Insignia. //@Anonymous: Isn't this one on recall at Bestbuy for possibility of electric shock?

Anonymous
It is NOT. The recalled ones are Insignia brand, and the recall is due to burn hazard, not electric shock, just FYI. //@anonymous: Isn't this one on recall at Bestbuy for possibility of electric shock?

Insignia and Instant Pot are two different brand. I had an Instant Pot for 4 years, it is wonderful for rice, soup, stew ... Replaced my press cook completely.

I often use the timer function to prepare a meal early and enjoy it right on time (porridge, soup, meat stew). There are lots of recipes on the website. Take beef stew for example: add beef boneless short rib pieces + little water + sauce + herb/spice and cook under "Meat Stew" for 30mins, once there is no pressure in the pot, open the lid, add vegetables (optional) and cook under "Saute" until 90% water evaporates. Hope you will enjoy using it! //@anonymous: Can anyone share a good instant pot recipe? I bought this sale and I’m excited to use it!

I got this model two years ago with same price. I think it is good deal. However, after two years today, the sensor has problem now. It always shows error and all lights are flashing, and can't turn it off unless unplug the power. I believe this is an issue for the product. Check the Youtube before ordering.
