    I ordered one last week, bc I Mike making omelets, but the omelet tray is tiny, only holds 2 eggs and no onions, ham etc. Also it makes then quite runny if you follow the instructions, but it does at least cook them if you double the time.

    Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that isn't just a Samsung thing. No kitchen appliances are built to last, and NO ONE has customer service. Brand loyalty is about the only thing people have to go on, but it's basically meaningless at this point. //@Anonymous: Stay away from Samsung.     My "top rated" Bosch dishwasher died after 14 months (just out if warranty). Would never buy again. //@anonymous: Bosch is the best dishwasher. You will thank me.
