unfortunately this is how US education system works. Most US high schools use this particular calculator, teachers provide commands based on this calculator, so even lets say Casio has same capability or better for half the price, students don't want to mess up and try to figure themselves how to use that. The mere size of this thing is stupid for the functionality, clearly behind Casio systems.

The seller then initiated a return process and also told me that they had already shipped a replacement, which I should receive in 3–5 days. Yes, after the company sent me an email and said will ship the item again in 3-5 business days. Gave them 2 weeks and didn’t receive it. So contacted Amazon again and they claimed A-to-Z Guarantee and I got refund back in 2/3days

So this past Saturday I contacted Amazon customer service again, and the representative filed an Amazon A-to-z Guarantee claim for me. A couple of minutes ago I received a message that my credit card got the refund, but the return shipping cost was not included. If it wasn’t for trade war and covid, this monitor would be sold for $79 nowadays and much better monitors would be available for $119. Now is too easy for manufacturers to make money with junks like this so there’s no need to compete or innovate.
